After experiencing many different work environments and cultures as a BCBA, I chose All Around ABA because they are committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality services rooted in ethical, assent-based practice. The team prioritizes meaningful skill development while valuing collaboration with families and staff. A strong emphasis on training, mentorship, and professional growth ensures that clinicians are well supported and empowered to deliver consistent, compassionate care across clients.

Hi my name is Suli, MS, BCBA, LBA I have been a dedicated behavior analyst for 3 years and have 15 years of experience working with children and families in the ABA field. From the moment I started I knew this was what I was meant to do. I am passionate about using evidence-based interventions. Here are some areas I specialize in: verbal behavior, early intervention, or functional behavior assessment.
I have worked with All Around ABA for 2 years. I love working here for many reasons. One is we are big believers in using positive reinforcement to promote autonomy and reduce barriers to learning. Another is that as a BCBA for All Around I have a flexible schedule and complete mentorship and collaboration with other BCBAs.
My overall goal is to work collaboratively with families to create a compassionate, evidence-based plan that fits children's unique needs and helps them thrive at home and in the community. My interest in All Around was sparked by the alignment of its principles with this. It overall has been a great experience to be part of the team.
